Dear Friends, I am going to Puna and I am travelling by train. I want to tell you that I am seeing that the behaviour of the IRTC staff is not good. They talking very rudely and are not servicing the passengers in a good manner. There is a person Roop Singh is behaving very badly. I am travelling in Duromtu Express, my PNR No. is 2115976800 and my seat no. is G-47. I want to complaint of Roop Singh. He is from Pantry Dept. and I want that this person should be punish for his bad behavior so that the other staff take lesson from him and treat the passenger gently.
